1. VISIT THE GREAT WALL OF CHINA

The Great Wall of China was built, rebuilt and maintained from the 5th Century BC to the 16th Century to protect the Northern borders of the Chinese empire from rebel attacks. The Great wall stretches over 8,800 kms.

More than 1 million men guarded The Wall at its peak. It is believed that between 2-3 million men died during the centuries-long project of building The Wall.

2. CLIMB THE GREAT PYRAMID OF EGYPT

The Great Pyramid of Giza, the oldest and largest of the three pyramids, is the only one of the seven wonders of the ancient world that remains substantially intact. The Great Pyramid was the tallest structure in the world for over 3,800 years.

3. DIVING WITH SHARKS

South Australia is the ideal location for diving with Great White sharks. Departing from Port Lincoln, the three day adventure expedition takes place in the Southern Ocean.

From the submersible diving cages, you will see the Great Whites up close and personal, trying to wrap their enormous jagged mouths around the cage. This will surely be an experience you’ll never forget and it’s certainly not for the feint-hearted.

4. SEE THE F1s AT NIGHT - 2009 F1 SingTel Singapore Grand Prix

The only night race on the F1 championship calendar. Singapore F1 Grand Prix is an exhilarating race which takes place in the very heart of Singapore’s down-town Marina Bay area.

5. SKYDIVE AT MISSION BEACH & SCUBA DIVE THE GREAT BARRIER REEF (far north Queensland)

One of the few skydiving opportunities where you actually get to land on the beach, immediately outside your hotel - Castaways Resort & Spa, Mission Beach.

No prior experience is necessary. Once you have booked your sky dive you will undertake training to ensure you are prepared for the jump. You will jump from 14,000ft and will experience 60 seconds of complete free-fall.

From the sky you will have views of 14kms of golden beaches, lush rainforest, the Great Barrier Reef and tropical islands.

The Great Barrier Reef is the world’s largest coral reef system. It covers an area of approximately 344,400 square kilometres. The Reef can be seen from outer space. In 1981 it was listed as a World Heritage site. It constitutes one of the 7 natural wonders of the world.

What better way to experience this truly breathtaking Australian landmark than scuba-diving and seeing it for yourself. You will see the myriad of living organisms under the water’s surface. This will be an experience you will NEVER forget.

6. ‘TOP GUN’ - Jet Fighter Mission

The ‘Top-Gun Jet Mission’ adventure flight is a 30 minute high and low altitude air combat mission. It’s in the BAC Strikemaster Jet offering high and low altitude flying.

It is a thirty-minute flight experiencing the full range of aerobatics, extreme speed, high and low G, high speed fighter combat maneuvers and tactical maneuvers.

This flight is for anyone who wants to experience what it’s like to be a top-gun fighter pilot and will leave you begging for more!

7. SAFARI IN BOTSWANA

Your Botswana safari will cover the following:

The Okavango Delta is the largest inland delta system in the world and is a maze of lagoons and islands covering some 15,000 square kilometres. It is a must see on any African safari.

Almost one-third of the entire Delta is covered by the Moremi Wildlife Reserve.

The Linyanti Wildlife reserve consists of 125,000 hectares of pristine wildlife area. This area is very different to the Okavango Delta and should be included in every Botswana itinerary. The region is one of the least visited and most pristine areas of Botswana.

Victoria Falls is another must see/do in any safari itinerary. One of the most amazing sights in the world!

8. 2010 FIFA WORLD CUP SOCCER, SOUTH AFRICA

The 2008 grand final, Hawthorn Hawks v Geelong Cats had an attendance of over 100,000 spectators.

Even if you do not follow AFL, it is one sporting event in the world which must be experienced. The grand final day atmosphere at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) provides just as much entertainment as watching the game itself.

It is a must see for people of ALL ages.

10. US MASTERS GOLF

The US Masters golf tournament is arguably the most iconic golf tournament in the world. It is the first of four major golf championships in professional golf.

It differs from the other three majors in that it’s the only major tournament which stays at the same golf course every year - Augusta National Golf Club. Augusta National Golf Club is located in Augusta, Georgia, USA.

This tournament has such a rich and proud history and has been host to so many of the world’s great golfers - Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Gary Player to name a few.
